    One teaching unit = 45 minutes     (fulfils the visa requirements for preparatory language courses)
  • WorkloadWhat does workload mean?
    Workload = The total amount of time you spend on live lessons and self-study phases. In addition to live lessons, we provide you with a very extensive range of self-study units that you can work on independently and with the help of tutorials.    : up to 120 teaching unitsTeaching units:
    One teaching unit = 45 minutes      
  • Teaching methods:
    • Modules 1–4: live online + self-study phases + support sessions
    • Modules 5–10: face-to-face in Aachen + live online + self-study phases + support sessions

Fees & Registration

The following fees apply for all modules from January 2025*:

  • Online modules (A1.1–A2.2): € 520.00 each
  • Face-to-face modules in Aachen (B1.1–C1.2): € 580.00 each
  • One-time registration fee: € 50.00

Book several modules to get a lower rate:
If you book 4 or more modules, we grant a volume discount.

Digital course books are included in the fee. Printed course books can be purchased in addition. Information on the course books we use can be found here.

*Modules in 2024 follow our expiring fee model (€ 520.00 per module).

    Please note: Bookings with a discount code cannot be cancelled. Exception: If a visa application is rejected and a withdrawal from the booking is requested within the deadline, a cancellation is possible.
