If you would like to cancel or change the booking of an intensive German course for university preparation, of a German compact course or of an examination training, please fill in the cancellation/rebooking form. Kindly note the deadline: You can cancel/rebook a course until 28 days before the first course day. In case of a denial of a visa application, courses can be cancelled until 14 days before the first course day.
Cancellation/rebooking requests that are submitted after the deadline has run out will not be accepted.
If you would like to cancel the booking of another course or examination type (integration course, language exam, etc.), please contact the team in charge at Sprachenakademie Aachen for further information.
